About Us

Matthew G. Farhat is a graduate of Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids, MI, where he attained a Bachelors of Science in Business from the Siedman School of Business. Prior to relocation to this area, Matt had his Michigan State General Contractor and Real Estate licences. He has lived in the Sarasota/Bradenton area for over 25 years and has made impressive contacts and contributions to his community.

His background in financial services led him to recognize the need for tailored services. Over the past 18 years, clients have asked him for assistance with varied tasks such as contractor referrals, Real Estate agent referrals, home healthcare recommendations, attorney referrals, automobile purchase and maintenance, and pool and lawn service. Hence, the creation of Consider It Done - Sarasota. Clientele will be limited to ensure that we provide our undivided attention to achieving your business and lifestyle objectives. An in-home, face to face interview with each prospective client is the preliminary step for determining how we can meet your unique needs.
